Weight matters;
Women who lift weights regularly are five times less likely to suffer a lower-body stress fracture during intense exercise like calisthenics or running, says a study published in Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercise. For a more resilient body, do at least one exercise each for your arms, legs, chest, bum and abs twice a week
Overtrain = Overfat
Exercising too long, too often or too hard can increase stress hormones that encourages fat storage, says Paul Chek, a holistic health practitioner and founder of the Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology Institute in the US. And people who don't like the gym add even more stress by forcing themselves to go. Rather, find an exercise form that you enjoy...You'll suffer less stress, and are more likely to stick to it too
