It is time to get traditional!
2 big tins of creamed corn
2 t.spoons of sugar
2 large eggs
½ cup of mielie meal
2 t.spoons of baking powder
250 ml of cream
Mix together well (2-3 minutes with wooden spoon)
Bake in shallow/medium dish at 180 degrees celcius for 45 mins to 1 hour.
Makes enough for 4 - 5 people as a side dish
