-right click on the desktop
-select 'properties'
-click on the 'Appearance' tab
-go to the 'colour scheme' drop down menu
-select either 'Olive Green' or 'Silver'
-click on 'apply'
PS: This works particularly well for people who work on their PC's a lot
(I just tried this on one of my colleagues - ba ha ha ha!)
